All sessions are available by appointment only. You are welcome to arrive 5 minutes early before any appointment.

Skin Fitness Studio is Suite B20 located INSIDE the ANB Bank Building 15301 W 87th St Pkwy in Lenexa, off 87th and Lackman. Guest parking is free.

There are two building entrances, the most convenient entrance is on the SOUTH side of ANB Building, closest to the old Johnson County Library and Ace Hardware.

In the South entryway is an elevator and stairs, take either DOWN to B Level. The two room studio suite is the first door on the left. Feel free to come in 15 minutes early, no need to knock. Enjoy complimentary water (room temp or refrigerated) or hot tea (single serving hot water kettle) at the hydration station in my Relaxation Room.

Public restrooms are around the corner and down the hall from studio entrance.

Since the business building is affiliated with a Bank, the building entrance doors are open during banking hours 9-5 Mon to Fri & 9-12 Sat. Evening and weekend appointments are available, but limited. When scheduling after banking hours I will require a text or call once you arrive so that I can go up to the SOUTH entrance to let you in.

Regardless of the appointment, ALL clients are required to complete a Health History form, sign a Policies & Consent contract provided via text and/or email prior to first appointment. If client is under the age of 18, the required information must be filled out by a parent or legal guardian.

All appointments must be secured with a valid credit card, the card does not get charged ahead of time for the appointment. My scheduling and POS software is run through PocketSuite, a secure data center with all communication over an encrypted data connection similar to that used by banks. We are PCI compliant (certified by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover). All client information is confidential and saved on a secure system with HIPPA compliant digital files for each individual client.

Please remember that Skin Fitness Studio is "by appointment only" and the time you schedule is reserved exclusively for you. This business is ran by one Solo Esthetician that performs services along with answering messages and calls throughout the day. Text messages are the fastest form of contact. If you are new or have a new phone number and you don't leave a voice or text message then I apologize but those unknown numbers will not get a response. This is to help save valuable time and to ensure efficiency all around. 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients and myself, the following policies are to be honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 25% of full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. Those who repeatedly reschedule or cancel last minute may be asked to pay in advance, or in some cases may not be allowed to schedule at all.

No-shows:

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their entire “missed” appointment. Members lose that months session if scheduled session is a "no-show".

Late Arrivals:

If you arrive late (1-15 minutes past scheduled appointment time), your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, there may be enough time remaining to start a treatment but anyone 16+ minutes late will be asked to reschedule and charged according to Rescheduling Policy. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your Esthetician and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Payment:

As stated above under "Scheduling" Skin Fitness Studio uses PocketSuite and occasionally Square for payment processing. All major credit cards/debit cards can be charged in person, through invoice or card on file and are accepted forms of payment, along with cash. When paying with cash a valid card is still required to hold your appointment reservation, if you can't provide a card then pre-payment of service will be required.

All sales are final. Products, services, membership drafts, gratuity, gift cards/certificates are non-refundable. Hours, prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Inappropriate Behavior:

There is a strict "no funny business" policy when it comes to any service. This is a professional establishment providing clientele with professional skin care and hair removal services. Please, respect that. No inappropriate comments, noises, behavior is tolerated. If at any point a client is deemed inappropriate the service will end immediately, charged in full and asked to never return.
